Achieving better health can be extremely difficult to manage, no matter what level you're at. Working with a health coach allows for a clear cut plan to be created to help manage many aspects of health such as diet, sleep, habits and exercise.
Health coaching can help bring superior results by teaching the client how to make these changes. This includes education, goal setting and behavior change techniques that are backed by science to yield results. Each plan is completely customized to the individual and intentionally modified based on the client's needs.
This program is a virtual one, which means whenever you have a smart device+internet connectivity, you can have a virtual coaching session. You aren't tied to one spot, one experience, or forced to rush back to make an appointment. I'm with you, on-the-go and ready to answer your questions where you are.
Your personal health isn't a product of one aspect of your life. With a holistic approach, you're able to set and achieve your goals through mindful steps and momentum. A qualified health coach will help you each step of the way. My philosophy as a health coach is to holistically approach each of your goals and make smart modifications that help keep you safe, informed, and progressing.

Working with Lauren has changed my life. Not only have I seen significant results, I have been utterly amazed the entire time. I’ve never once felt hungry, like we all do with those crash diets or “promises to be good” that last for a few weeks at best followed by the inevitable binge. Lauren can help you achieve your health goals in manageable steps, to the point you don’t even realize what’s happening. You forget about obsessive weight loss and you buy into her claim that if you invest in your overall health and wellness, the body changes follow. And it WORKS but more importantly it’s not so HARD! My only regret is that I didn’t start with Lauren sooner. She is super respectful of your body and not only creates a custom plan for you, she educates you along the way. I have learned invaluable tools to keep myself at the body composition I want to be by regulating ALL of the factors that go into that (sleep, a manageable exercise routine, hydration, morning/night routines, etc). I never thought my journey with dieting and weight ups and downs would end, and I am just amazed that it has. Making an investment in Lauren’s work, and in your wellness journey, is the gift that will keep on giving - trust me.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lauren this past year. The knowledge she has imparted on me has impacted my relationship with food and helped me reach my health and fitness goals. She has taught me how to look at all food as neither good or bad but rather just as food. I have lost twenty-five pounds through her health coaching program without ever dieting. I look forward to our weekly sessions and love that I continually learn new techniques to help me with making nutritious food choices. I would highly recommend working with Lauren sooner than later!

Lauren has helped me completely transform my relationship with food and fitness. When I first came to Lauren years ago with the simple goal of wanting to lose 15 lbs, she provided me with a plan to achieve that through strength training. However, along the way she helped me identify what I needed to do to also improve my relationship with food and my body. Not only was I able to lose weight after years of yo-yo dieting, under-eating, endless cardio, and cycles of weight gain and weight loss, I also gained strength, improved my mobility, and transformed my lifestyle.

These are some common mantras I heard repeatedly in my childhood while playing sports. But as I grew older, my body began to feel the wear and tear of punishing workouts and crash dieting. During the Covid-19 pandemic, my health and fitness both completely tanked. That’s when I contacted Lauren 6 months ago to do a fitness routine reset.
